Called the plumbers to visit my dad who needed help with his hydronic heating. From my first contact, the guys were professional helpful and polite. They assisted immediately with their free quote and promptly fixed the issue. They were amazing, I would highly recommend pro plumbing and it was one of the best experiences I've had in years when dealing with tradies. I would like to give a special shout out to Jessie who was polite, professional and caring when interacting with my elderly father. Thank you guys for your prompt assistance. Great service provided from Matt. A friendly plumber who is very knowledgeable in all things 'plumbing' and even some cupboard fixing. Many an issue in my house from drainage to toilets/showers to taps to dishwashers. He was able to find solutions, drawing maps of what was needing to be done, which provided me with a better understanding. I appreciated the photos Matt took to show what was happening under the house and also when the job was completed, as going under a house is not a thing for me :) . Matt has been so helpful in helping us replace our hot water service fom initial contact, messages to let us know where the plumber is. Gave a great quote after another company overpriced the job. Graham, our plumber whom attended our property to complete the job is very polite, cares about doing a excellent job. I highly recommend Pro Plumbers,, a truly professional team. My hot water service was replaced so quickly with very short notice, I was so impressed and thankful that I didn’t have to have a cold shower. I phoned Matt just after 8 in the morning, I was so pleased when Graham arrived and got the ball rolling, with Paul finishing the job off. I got a Wall heater does not work properly. i always think it is a gas heater. so i called Matt@ Pro Plumbers to do a quote for me. Matt came and found out it is a electric heater. He is very professional and friendly. He did not charge me for anything. He also give me advice of who to contact to fix the problem. I really appreciate that Matt's professional attitude. Not only did he come around the next morning to look at the job and provide a quote (no call out fee), he explained exactly what needed doing and why.
